Concerning improved transaction speed, can you throw more light on how Account abstraction enables it?
If stateless account abstraction allows the protocol to just determine if a transaction is valid based on only the data the tx provides, we'll still need to process the tx on the Blockchain to complete it. Which should take same time as a normal tx.
